Refund & Return Policy

Tobacco products can be returned within a period not exceeding 7 days from the purchase date, provided that the product has not been used.

In case of a defect or manufacturing error in the product, it can be returned after reporting the issue.

You cannot cancel your order once it has entered the shipping phase, and the cancellation option will no longer be available.

Cases Where Products Cannot Be Returned:

There are certain cases where products cannot be returned:

– When the return request is made after the specified time frame, which is 3 days from the date of receipt for products.

– When the product has been used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as when you received it, or if the security seal has been removed.

– Any consumable products that have been used or installed.

– Products that have been tampered with or had their serial numbers removed.

– Products without price tags, labels, original packaging, or missing any of their accessories.

Important Note:

If the customer wishes to return or exchange a product that matches their order and has no defects, they will bear the shipping policy cost (35  per policy for both sending and returning the product).
