World of Cigar is a Saudi store specialized in cigars, cigar accessories, humidors, lighters, cutters, ashtrays, and related products.

2. Age Restriction

World of Cigar sells tobacco-related products and accessories intended strictly for adults.

8. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, high order volume, public holidays, incorrect address information, failed age verification, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, customer unavailability, refusal to verify age, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional delivery fees may apply.

9. Receiving the Order

Upon receiving your order, please check the package immediately.

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery if:

1. The package is damaged.
2. A product is missing.
3. You received the wrong item.
4. The item appears defective or damaged.

We may request photos, videos, invoice details, and packaging evidence to review your claim.

10. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Delivery fees, cash-on-delivery fees, payment processing fees, or return shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.
